She uses her extensive global HR background to provide strategic HR vision and establish effective communication channels, query resolution protocols, and policy compliance procedures. Her ability to connect and empathize with our people not only contributes to her innovative problem-solving capabilities but also allows her to successfully mentor, coach, and advise all levels of our team. Natalia Muñoz is our HR Assistant Manager and Internal Talent Acquisition Manager, spearheading our People Success Team based in our Costa Rica office. Natalia has a diverse career background, and a deep understanding of resource planning, financial considerations, and the overall impact hiring can have on the organization. Before joining the company, she developed a varied skill set and experience associated with HR responsibilities and administrative duties. Natalia is dedicated to building positive relationships with diverse global team members and key business stakeholders. She collaborates with senior executive management to continuously improve Costa Rica’s HR operations. She is a passionate HR advocate for our Costa Rican employees. Sailyn Núñez Mora is our Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Talent Development Program (TDP) in our Costa Rica office. She has experience in customer service and has a major in English as a second language. As our BDM she has gained extensive experience in delivering talent to our IT clients. She heads our Business Development Team in Costa Rica to support our US client needs by offering quality technical global talent. Sailyn and her team serve as the bridge between a client looking for talent and our talented people that are looking for a project and career growth. She shares the vision and commitment with our CEO to see Pérez Zeledón grow tech careers in this region of Costa Rica.
Pushpendra has 15+ years of professional experience with a strong background based on data management and analytics. He has a dual master’s degree in computer science and information systems. He is our delivery head of BI Services located in our Pennsylvania office. Pushpendra gained wide experience in data modeling, ETL processes, report development & analytics platforms. He holds professional certifications in BI & Cloud technologies. Pushpendra and his team deliver high-quality solutions for the Talent Development Program (TDP) working with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications for optimal BI solutions.
Nishant is a delivery head leading our Cloud Data Solutions group. He has 13+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and Cloud technologies. Nishant has a flair for providing enterprises with robust and scalable cloud-based BI solutions to make informed business decisions for solving business problems. His key skillset includes documenting, designing, delivering, and supporting high-quality technical solutions by collaborating with internal and external teams.
Nitin Gupta is one of the Delivery Head-BI services for Costa Rica and India locations. He holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science and 15+ Years of experience in the technical training and education sector. He specializes in developing training solutions as per client's needs, leadership training, and curriculum development. He possesses a strong background in delivering training to new hires to deliver high-quality customer service and drive operational excellence.
Swapnil Shah is a highly adept Microsoft Technology Professional specializing in various Microsoft backend technologies and delivering optimized solutions to its clients. He has 13+ years of extensive experience mastering database technologies to become a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). He has been pivotal in developing, operating, and managing TDP (Talent Development Program) for numerous consultants in the US as per client needs. He works in the San Diego, California office managing TDP operations involving multiple teams.
Victor Mena Arronis is an acknowledged Database Consultant and Instructor, based in our Costa Rica office. He has significant experience acquired over the years in Programming, Business Intelligence and Cloud computing. He proactively determined specific training needs and supported bootcamp training program for Costa Rica and US candidates. He is highly organized with hardworking approach focusing on communication, collaboration, and building training programs based on specific company objectives.
Rishabh Rai is solution oriented and well qualified corporate trainer with 4+ years of experience and mentoring candidates across our global offices in Business Intelligence and Cloud Computing. He is highly skilled at developing, implementing and organizing corporate training programs. Karen Cedeño Fernández is our People Relationship Advocate (PRA) based in our Costa Rica office. She has experience in customer service and employee relations.
